The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, expertise in behavior management strategies, and a passion for supporting students with diverse needs. Responsibilities: Implement district-adopted models, policies, procedures, and documentation (i.e. MTSS, PBIS, TCIS, FBAs, BIPs, ICMPs, etc.) at the classroom level. Consult, train, and support classroom staff on collection, entry, and analysis of data utilized in progress monitoring; help to determine the behavioral impact on academic progress and develop indicators of academic, social emotional, and behavioral health of students in the classroom. Provides consultation and intervention regarding behavior management, effective education and assessment of behavioral needs of students with and without disabilities	Minimum starting rate: $59,312
